1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Axix cloud subscription for any reason, request a full refund within 14 days of the paid Transaction date (first paid charge for a new subscription, or the paid charge that starts a billing period after a free trial ends).
This 14-day money-back guarantee is unconditional. No usage, configuration, seat, or feature qualifiers apply. You will receive a full refund of the relevant Charges paid for that Transaction.
2. Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, no payment is collected during the trial unless you upgrade to a paid plan. Because no charge is made, there is nothing to refund for an unused free trial. After a paid plan starts, the 14-day money-back guarantee in section 1 applies to that paid Transaction.
3. How to request a refund
Email legal inquiries using the contact details in your account or support email with your company name, account email, and invoice or Transaction ID. If your purchase was processed through our Merchant of Record, you may also request a refund via your receipt or buyer portal where applicable, and we will cooperate with the Merchant of Record.
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, typically within 14 days of approval.
4. Purchases through an Authorized Merchant of Record
Our authorized Merchant of Record processes payments and refunds according to its applicable buyer terms. Our policy above provides the same 14-day unconditional money-back guarantee for paid cloud Transactions. Where local law or the Merchant of Record refund policy grants stronger rights, those rights apply.
5. Cancellation (stop future billing)
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@axixtechnologies.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless a refund under this policy ends access sooner.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy. The version published on this page on the date of your Transaction applies to that Transaction, together with any mandatory consumer rights and (where applicable) the Merchant of Record refund policy.
